Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain SAP SD components such as organizational models, pricing setups, billing functions, output rules, and credit controls.
- Evaluate business needs and convert them into efficient and expandable SAP SD configurations.
- Engage with business units to collect input and suggest enhancements to operational workflows.
- Create comprehensive functional documentation for technical teams to guide development.
- Oversee the development, testing, and rollout of RICEFW objects within SAP.
- Enable connectivity between SAP SD and outside systems through IDocs, APIs, and integration platforms.
- Conduct unit-level validation and assist in full-cycle testing to confirm system accuracy.
- Diagnose and fix issues within SAP SD modules and related business processes.
- Support fuel and lubricant sales operations covering both retail and bulk distribution channels.
- Partner with technical and functional teams across disciplines to ensure timely project outcomes.
- Ensure all solutions meet organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
