DeepL is hiring a Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager

DeepL is looking for a Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for DeepL Voice, our AI communication solution. You will sit at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, and brand storytelling to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth for a product dedicated to breaking down language barriers.

What You'll Do

• Lead integrated campaign strategy and execution for DeepL Voice across digital, content, events, and partner channels.
• Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, outcome-driven narratives that educate the market.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to develop go-to-market programs and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Regional Marketing teams to produce and localize campaign assets.
• Drive measurable impact on awareness, adoption, and pipeline, setting and tracking KPIs like lead quality and ROI.
• Maintain a global campaign calendar and asset library, ensuring brand consistency and timely deployment.
• Leverage insights and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, sharing learnings and best practices to improve performance and scalability.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth through integrated campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in campaign analytics and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• AI literacy, including familiarity with GenAI tools for campaign planning, content creation, and execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI/ML product marketing or emerging technology categories requiring market education.
• Previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies (Series B–IPO stage).
