EX Squared is looking for a Lead GTM Enablement Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of go-to-market enablement initiatives. You will play a central role in ensuring our sales and marketing teams are equipped for success.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market enablement programs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of enablement initiatives, from needs analysis to delivery and measurement.
- Develop content and tools to support sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align enablement with business objectives.
- Measure and report on the impact of enablement programs on key performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and leading go-to-market or sales enablement programs.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position requiring the candidate to be based in Washington.
