EX Squared is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their goals and receive outstanding support. You will be a key partner to our customers, helping them maximize the value they get from our services.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to drive success and retention.
- Provide proactive customer support and act as the primary point of contact.
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable success plans.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform product and service improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or customer support role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering solutions.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Work Mode
This is a remote position and requires you to be based in Slovenia.
