EX Squared is hiring a Principal, Strategic Operations to be a key leader in defining and executing the operational strategy for our organization. This is a high-impact role focused on optimizing business processes and driving strategic initiatives to scale our operations effectively.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic operational frameworks and processes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and manage key operational metrics and reporting
- Partner with leadership to translate business strategy into operational plans
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior strategic operations, business operations, or management consulting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently and manage complex projects from conception to execution
