EX Squared is hiring a Lead Governance Manager to architect and implement our governance structures. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the policies and frameworks that guide our operations and ensure organizational integrity.
What You'll Do
- Develop, establish, and maintain comprehensive governance policies and frameworks
- Lead compliance monitoring and risk assessment initiatives
- Drive strategic governance projects and cross-functional alignment
- Design and implement reporting mechanisms for governance oversight
- Provide leadership and guidance on governance best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a governance, compliance, or risk management leadership role
- Strong expertise in policy development and framework implementation
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively in a remote environment
