Twitch is hiring a Creator Outreach Associate Contractor (Afternoon Shift)

Twitch is looking for a Creator Outreach Associate Contractor (Afternoon Shift) to bring new and exciting talent to our livestreaming community. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy to identify, persuade, and successfully onboard creators from across the internet.

What You'll Do

• Search widely across platforms and communities to spot emerging talent in English-speaking APAC territories.
• Understand what’s resonating culturally and proactively reach out to creators who could thrive on Twitch.
• Initiate confident cold outreach and persuade creators to see Twitch as an exciting, meaningful next step in their careers.
• Stay deeply plugged into creator trends, rising influencers, new platforms, and cultural moments.
• Guide creators through their earliest steps on Twitch, making onboarding clear and supportive.
• Work with Sydney-based Strategic Partner Managers to troubleshoot challenges and set creators up for long-term success.

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work weekdays from 12pm to 8pm Pacific time.
• Proven interest and knowledge in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
• A strong understanding of the creator economy in English-speaking APAC.
• A genuine passion for livestreaming, internet culture, and the evolving needs of creators.
• Determination to find creators and a strong understanding of where they create and who is rising.
• Passion to support and grow emerging creators, with a deep desire to help shape the future of Twitch.

Nice to Have

• Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator.
• Familiarity with live streaming tools and software.
• Existing relationships with a wide variety of content creators across platforms.
• Intimate knowledge of the latest content trends across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Team & Environment

You will work with Sydney-based Strategic Partner Managers to support creator development.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $31/hour to $39/hour.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates in Irvine, CA; Remote (Hawaii); San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA.
