About the Role

Huntress is looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to architect and execute the global campaign strategy that fuels our growth. You will be a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for driving multi-channel initiatives focusing on market awareness, new business acquisition, and customer expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end global campaign strategy, aligning multi-channel tactics like paid media, web, email, social, and events.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of four Integrated Marketing Managers, ensuring clarity of goals and professional development.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Web, Digital, and Regional Marketing to refine buyer journeys and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDR leadership, and enablement to integrate sellers into marketing efforts.
  • Own key business KPIs including leads, qualified accounts, pipeline, and ROI; leverage data analytics and A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Balance strategy with hands-on execution in planning, content development, and campaign delivery.
  • Own campaign frameworks, integrated planning processes, and reporting to measure and optimize impact.
  • Leverage AI and data to improve marketing productivity, personalization, and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in B2B/B2C marketing with at least 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • A self-starter who maintains a high-quality bar and disciplined execution in a hypergrowth, dynamic environment.
  • Content-savvy creative thinker, with a finger on the pulse of market shifts, technology trends, and audience needs.
  • Expert knowledge across marketing channels including comms/PR, web, email, paid media, social, content marketing, events, and community.
  • Deep understanding of how to drive alignment and joint execution between marketing and sales functions.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a proven history of owning marketing targets, measuring campaign impact, and influencing pipeline growth.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
  • A leader who believes high performance comes from trust, clarity, and respect.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building demand campaigns for high-volume, velocity-driven business models within the mid-market, enterprise, and MSP spaces.
  • Experience in managing $200M+ in revenue pipeline in high-growth companies.
  • Deep understanding of technical and business buyer personas, specifically IT and Security.
  • Experience using account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to reach and engage decision makers in target accounts.

Team & Environment

You will lead a team of four Integrated Marketing Managers and report directly to the Vice President of Demand.

  • Compensation: $185,000 to $200,000 base salary + equity.
