- Lead process improvement initiatives to strengthen quality, reduce variation, and improve outcomes.
- Partner with Product and Operations teams to integrate AI-driven findings into workflows.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards with HEDIS and quality metrics for immediate visibility.
- Build a functional relationship with the Data Science team.
- Own Midi’s Quality program, including chart audits, expansion of automated audits, and oversight of compliance.
- Monitor patient safety, adverse events, and near-miss reporting, integrating findings into continuous improvement.
- Lead weekly AI-powered Practice Pattern reviews to ensure clinicians adhere to protocols.
- Partner with Learning & Development to evaluate the Onboarding process with quantitative data.
- Maintain continuous readiness for compliance and third-party audit requirements.
- Collaborate on evidence-based clinical protocols, ensuring alignment with patient-centered care.
- Design algorithms of care—structured pathways and decision rules that improve outcomes and consistency.
- Tailor protocols to distinct clinical services (menopause/perimenopause, weight, primary care, and future complex care).
- Maintain rigorous documentation and communicate program status to stakeholders.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Clinical leaders to ensure program success.
- Bridge technical and clinical teams, fostering agile development and rapid implementation.
- Contribute to strategic planning as Midi expands into complex care.
- Use data to allocate resources, identify inflection points of value, and pivot programs.
- Build dashboards and frameworks that translate data into actionable insights.
