Concentrix is hiring a Lead Generator

This position involves generating and qualifying leads within the high-tech industry, operating under a hybrid work model based in Barcelona. The role supports marketing activities and works closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance data quality and advance sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prioritized accounts to enhance segmentation data in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC, focusing on MM and CEP categories.
  • Manage follow-up activities for events and online demand, ensuring leads are properly qualified and high-quality data is delivered to sales teams.
  • Drive local promotional campaigns such as stock clearance offers, bundled products, and new product launches to support lead generation.
  • Enhance customer data by profiling contact details for MM and CEP accounts, contributing to improved segmentation and data integrity.
  • Convert unqualified leads into qualified or at least well-profiled leads, ensuring alignment with BANT criteria where possible.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to update customer contact information and support post-campaign lead generation activities.
  • Support telemarketing initiatives to generate qualified opportunities for inside sales representatives without duplicating efforts.
  • Coordinate with telesales and sales teams during lead handovers and track follow-up progress to ensure conversion into opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluent or bilingual proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of or background in sales processes.
  • Strong interest in both sales and technology fields.
