StartupBlink is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in expanding global engagement by identifying and connecting with organizations shaping innovation ecosystems. You'll research and map potential partners—including government bodies, corporate innovation teams, and ecosystem enablers—then initiate outreach to spark meaningful conversations.

What You’ll Do

  • Discover and analyze organizations worldwide that contribute to startup and innovation development
  • Pinpoint key stakeholders and build targeted contact lists for strategic outreach
  • Reach out through professional email and LinkedIn messages, tailored to audience and region
  • Follow up consistently to build interest and schedule meetings for the partnerships and sales teams
  • Respond to incoming inquiries, assess relevance, and guide opportunities forward
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure seamless handovers
  • Support market research initiatives and refine outreach strategies based on feedback and results

What We’re Looking For

You’re naturally curious about how innovation spreads and enjoy connecting with professionals across sectors. You communicate clearly and professionally in English, manage multiple conversations efficiently, and take initiative without waiting to be prompted. Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and outreach tools is a plus, as is familiarity with startup programs or public-sector innovation initiatives.

This is a fully remote role for candidates within European time zones, offering direct impact, structured growth, and collaboration with a driven international team shaping the future of innovation intelligence.
