The Lead Generation Specialist will help grow StartupBlink’s pipeline by identifying new opportunities, reaching out to stakeholders, managing inbound interest, and scheduling meetings. This fully remote role within the European time zone offers ownership, impact, and growth as the company scales globally.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential leads globally, including governments, innovation agencies, corporates, and ecosystem organizations
- Find the right decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Follow up consistently to generate interest and book meetings
- Handle inbound leads, respond professionally, and qualify opportunities
- Schedule calls for the relevant team members and ensure smooth handover
- Keep lead tracking systems and CRM records updated and organized
- Support the partnerships and sales teams with market research and lead qualification
- Contribute to improving outreach messaging, follow-up processes, and pipeline management
