Responsibilities
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
- Operate and maintain automation tools (HubSpot, Reply.io, and related tools)
- Build and update contact lists based on ICP and segmentation criteria
- Continuously test messaging hypotheses (A/B testing across audiences and triggers)
- Monitor campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, booked calls, conversion stages)
- Analyze funnel metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
- Add and manage accounts within automation systems
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure correct lead status tracking
- Support follow-ups and light nurture communication before demo stage
- Collaborate with Founder to implement new growth hypotheses
Requirements
- Basic experience with outbound automation tools or strong willingness to learn
- Understanding of outbound fundamentals (segmentation, messaging, funnels) or readiness to learn quickly
- Enjoys structured, operational work and building clear processes
- Comfortable working under supervision with regular reporting
- Proactive mindset and willingness to experiment
- English proficiency at least B1
