Lead Generation Campaign Manager
Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns within a health-centric ad exchange environment. Reporting to the Director of Lead Generation, the manager ensures campaigns launch on schedule, maintain consistent performance, and meet compliance standards. The role involves close coordination with media partners, internal teams, and client services to deliver data-driven results and support strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the RFP process from intake to post-analysis, including proposal creation with flexible pricing models and tracking bid outcomes.
- Develop and maintain Unbounce landing pages, including URL management, tracking integration, and creative updates.
- Oversee daily campaign pacing by monitoring conversion metrics, spend levels, and delivery trends, adjusting speed as needed.
- Hold media partners accountable for performance commitments and collaborate on optimization strategies.
- Coordinate launch readiness across teams, ensuring tags, approvals, and reporting access are in place.
- Generate regular performance reports covering delivery, efficiency, margin, and audience segmentation.
- Document and refine operational workflows, with a focus on automating pacing, reporting, and status updates.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in digital campaign or media operations, with a track record managing multiple concurrent campaigns. Proficiency with campaign platforms such as LeadsPedia or Google Campaign Manager is required, along with hands-on experience using landing page builders like Unbounce. Advanced skills in Excel or Sheets—including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard creation—are essential. A solid grasp of CPA, CPC, and CPM pricing models and their impact on delivery and margin is critical. Strong communication skills and experience managing vendor relationships are also necessary.
Preferred Background
- Experience in lead generation within regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, financial services, or education.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms like Throttle, Beeswax, or The Trade Desk.
- Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation and page structure.
- Prior work with RFP responses and insertion order management in digital media.
