About the Role
The Corporate FP&A team serves as the financial center for company operations, partnering enterprise-wide to shape financial strategy, deliver actionable insights that fuel growth, and provide clarity to leadership and the board through precise analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance drivers and guide strategic decisions that enhance profitability and revenue growth
- Design and maintain financial models to address ad hoc inquiries and support long-term strategic goals
- Track and evaluate trends in financial and operational metrics to inform business performance
- Lead the creation of executive-level presentations for senior leadership review
- Work closely with Accounting and budget owners to ensure accurate expense recognition and financial reporting
- Oversee FP&A processes including monthly reporting, model updates, variance analysis, and forecasting cycles
- Coordinate annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting to ensure financial predictability, flag risks early, and enable timely corrective actions
- Champion process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting across departments
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of finance experience within a publicly traded technology organization
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with senior leadership
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on simplifying complex financial data into clear, structured recommendations
- Track record of leading complex, cross-departmental initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Highly analytical mindset with advanced financial modeling and data interpretation capabilities
- Proficient in ERP systems such as Netsuite, with adaptability to evolving tools
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Approachable and collaborative, capable of transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on execution with teams
- Demonstrated self-direction, integrity, and strong time management with a results-oriented approach
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in management consulting, private equity, finance, or analytics roles is advantageous
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with SQL and statistical analysis tools is a plus
