Responsibilities
- Direct and manage full lifecycle Google Workspace migration initiatives, from technical evaluation through post-go-live support, identifying risks early and communicating solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop and execute detailed migration strategies for email, calendar, contacts, and file data from diverse platforms, using tools such as CloudM, BitTitan MigrationWiz, and Google-native solutions.
- Set up and fine-tune the Google Workspace Admin Console according to client needs and security standards, including organizational units, user setup, data loss prevention, device controls, and mail routing.
- Integrate directory services using Google Cloud Directory Sync and enable Single Sign-On with external identity providers like Okta or Azure AD.
- Serve as the primary technical resolver for critical deployment issues, including email routing, DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and failed migration attempts.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with client teams to define requirements, recommend solutions, and advise on Google Workspace capabilities and security configurations.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation such as system designs, configuration procedures, and migration playbooks, and deliver training to client IT personnel.
- Collaborate with engineers, customer success teams, project managers, and other internal groups to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
