About the Role
The position oversees contract lifecycle management and HR administrative systems, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory standards while supporting organizational scalability.
Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end administration of employment contracts and vendor agreements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records across departments and locations
- Coordinate with legal and HR teams to standardize contract templates
- Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and amendments
- Implement secure and organized digital filing systems for personnel data
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes with proper documentation
- Track employee status changes including promotions and transfers
- Manage non-disclosure agreements and other legal employment documents
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of HR data reporting
- Lead audits of contract compliance and personnel files
- Develop processes to reduce administrative delays and errors
- Train HR staff on contract management protocols
- Ensure data privacy standards are met in all HR systems
- Collaborate with finance on employment-related documentation for payroll
- Maintain centralized databases for employment terms and conditions
- Support leadership with insights on contract trends and risks
- Standardize procedures for contract approvals and signatures
- Coordinate with regional teams to align practices across locations
- Assist in policy updates related to employment administration
