Penguin Random House is hiring a Lead Consultant SAP CX / CRM to advise and support clients, primarily in the trade, fashion, and consumer products industries, in planning, conceptualizing, and implementing their trade and CRM processes. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions using the SAP CX Cloud Suite.
What You'll Do
- Advise and support clients in planning, conceptualizing, and implementing trade and CRM processes.
- Prepare and conduct workshops with business units and IT departments.
- Analyze customer-specific requirements and conceptualize new business processes.
- Design trade and CRM processes using the SAP CX Cloud Suite (especially Sales, Service & Marketing).
- Define user stories and develop the technical architecture of solutions.
- Actively develop the team and take on a technical leadership role.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed (technical) degree.
- Experience in agile IT project management.
- Solid expertise in requirements engineering and business analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CX Cloud components (Sales & Service Cloud V2, Emarsys, CDC & CDP).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to transfer requirements precisely from customer to development.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
