About the Role

This role leads the development and execution of data strategies to support marketing analytics, enabling better insights into customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions for marketing teams
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders to define success metrics and KPIs
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
  • Drive insights from customer acquisition and retention data
  • Identify trends in marketing performance across channels
  • Partner with data engineering to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability
  • Create scalable reporting systems for ongoing campaign analysis
  • Support A/B testing design and interpretation of results
  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across departments
  • Mentor junior analysts and improve team capabilities
  • Ensure alignment between analytics outputs and business goals
  • Evaluate marketing spend efficiency and recommend optimizations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies
  • Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools
  • Monitor changes in customer behavior and market conditions
  • Assist in forecasting marketing performance
  • Integrate data from multiple sources for comprehensive analysis
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies
