- Monitor return-to-work processes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information
- Respond to inquiries from HR partners and supervisors
- Conduct case file audits for compliance
- Stay current with changes in employment law
- Support training initiatives for HR staff

- Work with third-party administrators when applicable
