About the Role
This position involves managing in-store sampling activations, training brand ambassadors, and ensuring consistent brand messaging during customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams of brand ambassadors during retail sampling events
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations to customers in retail environments
- Ensure brand standards are upheld during all in-store activations
- Train new ambassadors on product knowledge and customer engagement techniques
- Manage event logistics including material setup and breakdown
- Report daily results and customer feedback from sampling events
- Maintain accurate inventory of promotional materials and product samples
- Serve as the main point of contact between retail staff and the brand team
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations during events
- Drive product trial by encouraging customer participation in sampling
- Communicate brand messaging clearly and consistently
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate product information
- Track and submit event performance data after each shift
- Ensure all branding materials are displayed according to guidelines
- Escalate operational issues to field management promptly
- Adapt messaging based on audience demographics and store traffic
- Promote repeat customer engagement through follow-up tactics
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Coordinate with retail partners for event scheduling and access
- Uphold company policies during all public-facing activities
