Responsibilities
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to assess how artificial intelligence can address real-world business challenges
- Prepare and process raw data for use in machine learning workflows using distributed systems and parallel computation methods
- Design and implement reliable training and validation pipelines using Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and contemporary ML frameworks
- Adhere to software engineering best practices including testing, version control, code reviews, and modular packaging
- Convey technical concepts and project updates clearly to stakeholders through documentation, presentations, and technical discussions
- Maintain awareness of emerging trends and advancements in AI and machine learning research
- Disseminate research outcomes through publications in leading AI conferences and internal briefings to technical and business leadership
- Work closely with the Responsible Use of AI team to ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards
- Create evaluation frameworks, diagnostic tools, and documentation to meet model governance and regulatory obligations
- Define and promote standardized practices across the full lifecycle of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI development
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members working on AI projects
