Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of AI-driven systems
- Translate research prototypes into production-grade software
- Mentor engineers in best practices for machine learning engineering
- Collaborate with researchers to refine model designs
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Design and manage data pipelines for training and inference
- Evaluate new AI frameworks and tools for integration
- Ensure model reliability and reproducibility
- Drive automation in training and deployment workflows
- Maintain documentation for systems and processes
- Support deployment of models across multiple environments
- Monitor model performance and implement updates
- Work closely with product teams to align AI capabilities with user needs
- Identify and mitigate technical debt in AI systems
- Lead code reviews and enforce software quality standards
- Contribute to long-term technical strategy
- Troubleshoot complex system issues
- Integrate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines
- Participate in technical planning and roadmap sessions
- Manage dependencies across AI components
- Improve infrastructure for distributed training
- Support experimentation and A/B testing frameworks
- Promote knowledge sharing within the engineering team
- Stay current with advancements in AI and deep learning
