Assurasource is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality remote mental health services. You will deliver therapy to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues in a supportive, collaborative, and client-centered environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship struggles.
- Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation compliant with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Provide crisis intervention and assess risk for suicide or harm.
- Foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential environment for clients.
- Stay current on mental health best practices and relevant continuing education.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work with a valid, active LCSW license in the state of Texas.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A commitment to continued professional development and self-care.
Nice to Have
- Certification or specialized training in a specific therapeutic modality such as EMDR or trauma-informed care.
- Experience with telehealth services.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
