Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to internal departments on various legal matters.
- Review, approve, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and supplemental agreements.
- Draft commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze laws, regulations, cases, and precedents relevant to assigned matters.
- Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support day-to-day legal activities and maintain accurate legal records and document storage.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, marketing, and other departments on legal matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation-related matters.
- Manage relationships with external legal service providers, including law firms and consultants.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- At least 3 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures, laws, regulations, and legal principles.
- Ability to analyze legal issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing legal documents and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain professional integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
- Experience in online gambling industry.
- Ukrainian/Russian language is a plus.
