Medely is looking for a Launch Account Executive to join our mission to modernize healthcare staffing nationally. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities, combining strategic territory planning with consistent activity to drive platform adoption.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities: from prospecting and discovery through tailored solution demos and closing.
- Combine strategic territory planning with high-quality, consistent activity to drive adoption of Medely’s healthcare staffing platform.
- Run consultative discovery calls that uncover operational pain points and staffing needs.
- Demonstrate Medely’s platform with confidence, tailoring use cases to each facility type.
- Generate pipeline primarily through self-prospecting; while some inbound opportunities will come your way, the majority of your success will come from your own outreach and relationship-building.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging both clinical and administrative decision-makers.
- Build a steady stream of net new opportunities while also expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high adoption.
- Share market insights with leadership to refine our go-to-market approach.
- Mentor newer AEs as they ramp.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software/technology.
- Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling with a track record of closing multi-contact opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting.
- Comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers (clinical, operational, executive) within an account.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a remote sales environment.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience.

- Healthcare or regulated industry experience a plus.

Compensation: $124,000 - $138,000 OTE (base + commission at plan)
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be located in the EST or CST time zones.
