Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen the logistics network in line with company objectives
- Evaluate network metrics to uncover ways to improve key performance indicators, including cost per parcel and delivery duration
- Oversee the 12-month network planning cycle through regular coordination with partner teams on a weekly and monthly basis
- Work with teams across functions to align on project targets and support the development of tactical logistics strategies
- Track logistics network performance, detect potential risks or inefficiencies, and deploy corrective actions to improve scalability and efficiency
- Foster strong connections with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project execution
- Create and implement plans to refine last-mile delivery operations, with an emphasis on reducing delivery time and costs
