About the Role

Sprinklr Inc. is looking for a Large Enterprise Account Executive to own the Carolinas and Tennessee territory. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing substantial deals by partnering with C-level executives at major global brands to build winning solutions and drive revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, negotiate, and close big deals in your defined territory.
  • Work with CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs, and SVPs of major global brands to build winning solutions.
  • Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify decision-makers.
  • Listen to, identify, and understand client needs to deliver to their expectations.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them positively.
  • Actively seek new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Constantly enhance knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors to close business.
  • Seek feedback from leaders, peers, and clients to improve performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be located in the Carolinas or Tennessee.
  • 6+ years of sales experience.
  • At least 4 years selling software at the enterprise level, including experience creating complex, enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
  • Track record of being in the top 10% of salespeople in your current company or division.
  • Current and unrestricted work authorization in the country where the role is based (US).

  • Ability to build strong relationships and use them to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Desire and ability to embrace the Customer Experience revolution and understand how social media impacts large organizations.

  • Compensation: $121,000 - $201,000 + equity: May be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s equity plan.
