Yazaki is looking for a Labour Relations & HR administration Specialist to implement and develop key HR systems and manage critical processes. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives within a company committed to environmental responsibility, societal contribution, and inspiring trust.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the implementation and development of HR systems, including recruitment, performance, training, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Support the analysis and reporting of HR budget studies.
- Develop processes and activities to generate resources that support recruitment.
- Manage all Human Resources processes such as performance appraisal systems, talent management, reward systems, and recruitment.
- Identify, plan, organize, and report training needs.
- Conduct research, training, presentations, and communication activities on human resources issues under your responsibility.
- Ensure the follow-up of organizational charts, job descriptions, and all related HR documentation.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in Human Resources, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, team player mentality, and a dynamic, results-oriented approach.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Residing in or able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli provinces.
- For male candidates: must have completed military service.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Kuzuluk, Sakarya, Türkiye.
