Banorte is hiring a Labor Relations Manager to manage information and analyze labor indicators for Banco Mercantil del Norte and its subsidiaries. You will be responsible for creating monthly reports with these indicators to support business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Develop control dashboards with key labor indicators.
- Apply criteria for information analysis and deployment to business areas.
- Establish preventive actions for conflict resolution based on indicator trends.
- Manage data related to labor lawsuits, including new cases, closures, contingencies, reserves, projections, and monthly/annual behavior.
- Handle dismissals due to regulatory non-compliance, tracking effectiveness rates and savings from special case management.
- Manage the EthicsPoint database, analyzing indicators by business line, territory, and demographics.
- Apply sanctions and manage terminations.
- Prepare retirement agreements.
What We're Looking For
- Professional degree in Law, Administration, or Finance.
- 5 years of experience in analytics and information management.
- Required knowledge in business strategy, database management (Advanced Excel), statistics, and information analysis, management, and communication (storytelling).
- Proficiency with Advanced PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Availability to travel.
- Availability to relocate.
