Role Overview
As a KYC Administrator working mid-shift, you will contribute to a critical compliance initiative focused on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the integrity and completeness of client documentation through careful data handling, verification, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and organize KYC and AML documents, ensuring all materials meet regulatory expectations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Support the remediation of client files by identifying gaps and ensuring documentation is fully completed
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing details or resolve inconsistencies in client data
- Track case progress, log pending items, and escalate issues according to established protocols
- Ensure all administrative outputs are consistent, accurate, and delivered on time
- Assist with additional compliance-related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven background in administrative or document-focused roles, preferably within a regulated industry
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while following defined procedures
- Clear and professional communication skills when requesting or clarifying information
- Experience handling confidential data with discretion and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to KYC or AML processes is beneficial but not required
