The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is hiring a KYC Administrator (Mid Shift)

Role Overview

As a KYC Administrator working mid-shift, you will contribute to a critical compliance initiative focused on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the integrity and completeness of client documentation through careful data handling, verification, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and organize KYC and AML documents, ensuring all materials meet regulatory expectations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with legal and internal requirements
  • Support the remediation of client files by identifying gaps and ensuring documentation is fully completed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing details or resolve inconsistencies in client data
  • Track case progress, log pending items, and escalate issues according to established protocols
  • Ensure all administrative outputs are consistent, accurate, and delivered on time
  • Assist with additional compliance-related administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven background in administrative or document-focused roles, preferably within a regulated industry
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while following defined procedures
  • Clear and professional communication skills when requesting or clarifying information
  • Experience handling confidential data with discretion and integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to KYC or AML processes is beneficial but not required

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid format, allowing work-from-home flexibility while requiring you to be based in the Philippines. The position supports a structured onboarding process including technology and HR orientation, two weeks of general training, and a dedicated week with the KYC/AML team.
