Williams Lea by RRD is hiring a KR - Supply Specialist 3

Maintain proper inventory levels of supplies and materials required for production. Ensure waste is properly disposed of according to recycling and/or disposal protocol. Responsibilities: - Pull or replenish inventory and production supplies for various departments to meet production requirements. - Perform manual and clerical duties related to the receipt of materials and supplies via freight or third-party LTL carrier. - Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies. Work with production staff to perform periodic review of inventory stock, recording quantity, type, and value of materials on hand. - Maintain necessary files and documentation. - May ensure shipment and delivery time schedules are maintained. - Maintain chemical inventory and storage. - Complete and maintain all required documents required for handling & shipping Hazardous and Non-hazardous waste. - May assist purchasing/accounting with blanket requisitions, invoice reconciliation and issues. - Works with purchasing to address any blocked invoices for the plant.
