Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate documents for relevance, privilege, and responsiveness
- Apply redactions to protect sensitive or protected information
- Conduct conceptual and keyword-based searches within electronic document sets
- Perform initial and secondary-level legal review tasks
- Support translation and interpretation of Korean-language documents
- Collaborate with legal teams using digital review platforms
- Contribute to legal research as needed
Qualifications
Candidates must be admitted to a U.S. state bar and maintain good standing. Fluency in Korean is required, along with hands-on experience in document review processes such as privilege logging, redaction protocols, and multi-stage review workflows.
Proficiency with eDiscovery software is essential. Experience with Relativity (version 9.0 or higher), Concordance, or ViewPoint is highly valued. Prior participation in document review teams and at least two years of legal support work strengthen candidacy.
