Korean Document Review Attorney – Greenburg Traurig
The Korean Document Review Attorney will play a key role in supporting document review projects that require fluency in Korean and experience with eDiscovery workflows. This position involves detailed analysis of electronic documents, including assessments for privilege and responsiveness, performing redactions, and conducting conceptual searches using advanced document review platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive document review with focus on privilege and responsiveness
- Perform redactions on sensitive or confidential documents
- Utilize conceptual search techniques to analyze large document sets
- Complete first and second level reviews as required by project needs
- Assist with Korean-to-English translation of legal documents
- Support legal research tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with project teams to enhance workflow efficiency and project outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience with eDiscovery workflows including privilege review, responsiveness, redactions, and conceptual searching
- Proficiency with electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, and ViewPoint
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Good standing with the bar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience on document review teams
- Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher
- At least two years of legal support or related experience
