EX Squared is hiring a Knowledge Manager Sr. to establish and own our enterprise knowledge management framework. You will be responsible for ensuring information is structured, discoverable, and effectively leveraged across teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy and governance model.
- Design and maintain the taxonomy, metadata schema, and information architecture for the knowledge base.
- Curate, update, and audit knowledge articles, documentation, and process libraries.
- Lead the selection, configuration, and optimization of knowledge management tools and platforms.
- Promote knowledge sharing behaviors and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Analyze usage metrics to identify gaps and improve content relevance and findability.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of direct experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and rolling out a knowledge management program from strategy to execution.
- Deep expertise in knowledge base software, content management systems, and collaboration tools.
- Strong skills in taxonomy development, content organization, and search optimization.
- Excellent communication and change management abilities to drive adoption.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote environment.
