EX Squared is seeking a Remote Knowledge Manager Sr to own and advance our knowledge management strategy. This senior-level role is critical for ensuring organizational information is accessible, accurate, and effectively utilized across remote teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy
- Design and maintain the structure of organizational knowledge bases
- Lead efforts to capture, organize, and curate critical institutional information
- Establish governance, taxonomy, and content lifecycle processes
- Analyze knowledge usage and identify gaps to improve team efficiency
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in dedicated knowledge management roles
- Proven experience designing and scaling knowledge systems in a remote environment
- Expertise in information architecture, taxonomy development, and content strategy
- Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of knowledge initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
