Veeva Systems is hiring a Lead Consultant/Program Lead to provide strategic leadership and drive successful project delivery. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of accountability for client engagements, leveraging your expertise to guide teams and meet critical business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee complex client programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for key client stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Guide and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Analyze client needs and translate them into actionable project requirements and solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading large-scale consulting or software implementation programs
- Strong background in client-facing roles with a focus on strategic advisory and relationship management
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while effectively leading distributed teams
