Clipboard Health is hiring a Knowledge Management Specialist (SOPs & Consultations). This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of operations, documentation, and systems design. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving the frameworks that power our internal healthcare operations, owning the accuracy, structure, and usability of our internal knowledge ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation.
- Audit and refine the knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility.
- Act as the internal knowledge point of contact, identifying recurring questions or knowledge gaps and proactively resolving them.
- Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes.
- Continuously improve how teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing structural or systemic enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement.
- Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset and an analytical approach to process design.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously.
- Stable wired internet connection (15+ Mbps).
- Modern computer meeting or exceeding: i5 8th Gen or Ryzen 5 2000 series, 12GB RAM minimum.
- Noise-canceling headset, quiet workspace, and power backup.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries.
- 16GB RAM preferred.
