Kyndryl is seeking an MF System Management Specialist for a large-scale operations project. In this role, you will practice IT service management to maintain and enhance system quality, working on critical infrastructure systems that support society. You will focus on implementing processes like change and problem management within the project framework.
What You'll Do
- Understand existing client operations and systems, and under leader guidance, take over and execute BAU (Business As Usual) tasks.
- Develop transformation plans for each process, coordinate with the client, and execute them.
- Practice core IT service management processes, with a focus on change management and problem management.
- Support root cause analysis and restoration efforts during system incidents.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with z/OS
- Hands-on experience with IMS
- Hands-on experience with CICS
- Hands-on experience with DB2
- Hands-on experience with MQ
Nice to Have
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- ITIL certification
- Practical experience in IT service management
- Ability to communicate via email and meetings in English
