Join Dev.Pro's IT Support Team as a Junior IT Specialist. In this role, you will provide support services for user and client environments, switch between projects, and work with a variety of technologies while learning to solve technical issues efficiently. You will be an essential part of maintaining our operational infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Administer macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, system, and application issues
- Configure laptops, reinstall operating systems, and set up software
- Manage users and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian, and other platforms
- Create and maintain clear and organized documentation
- Source and manage IT equipment, handling incoming and outgoing shipments for contractors
- Support and maintain our lab environment and networks
- Write and troubleshoot basic scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, systems, and applications
- Experience with macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows administration
- Proficiency in laptop configuration, OS reinstallation, and software setup
- Experience managing users and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian, and similar tools
- Experience writing and troubleshooting basic scripts (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Experience sourcing and managing IT equipment
- Ability to create and maintain project documentation
- Intermediate+ English level
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SaaS systems and cloud services
- Previous experience in support roles such as system administration or helpdesk work
