Kyndryl is hiring a Network Customer Technical Solutioner to work directly with customers, understand their challenges, and provide tailored technical solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, crafting domain-specific solutions and cost cases for opportunities of varying complexity, and lead deals to profitability.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their business needs, pain points, and technical requirements.
- Craft tailored technical solutions that address specific customer challenges and drive their success.
- Develop domain-specific solutions and cost cases for simple and complex, long-term opportunities.
- Support Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers during high-level customer technology and business discussions.
- Demonstrate the value of Kyndryl's solutions and products to decision makers and customers.
- Create innovative technical solutions aligned with industry trends and exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather documents and technical insights for compelling bid submissions.
- Define winning cost models for deals and lead them to profitability.
- Play an essential role in contract negotiations up to the point of signature.
- Facilitate a smooth engagement hand-over process.
- Compile, refine, and take ownership of final solution documents within your technical domain.
- Present solution documents in a professional and concise manner.
- Contribute to standardizing Kyndryl's go-to-market pitches across various industries.
- Create differentiated propositions aligning with market requirements to position Kyndryl as an industry leader.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy.
- Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models, and IT financing models.
- Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements.
- In-depth understanding of IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent customer and presentation skills.
- Deep expertise in Networking Technologies in LAN and WAN based on latest technologies and architectures.
- Knowledge in working with Telco-Provider.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Reliable in delivering high quality proposals and solutions.
- Experience guiding customers and internal teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a consulting or advisory role providing strategic guidance and solutions to customers.
- Knowledge of designing architectures for cloud environments, hybrid infrastructure, and integrating diverse systems.
- Experience in supporting sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development.
