The IT Executive Service Support Specialist delivers prompt technical assistance and proactive system maintenance for senior leadership, prioritizing confidentiality, uptime, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate and discreet technical support to executive personnel
- Manage and maintain executive devices, including laptops, mobile phones, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime
- Ensure secure configuration and compliance of executive technology systems
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for escalated issues
- Deploy and configure new technology setups for executives onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
- Monitor service levels and response times for executive requests
- Assist with video conferencing and meeting room technology setups
- Support cloud-based applications and enterprise communication tools
- Implement and enforce data protection and access control policies
- Conduct routine system checks and preventive maintenance
- Deliver training and guidance on new tools and security practices
- Respond to after-hours support needs as required
- Manage executive email and calendar synchronization across devices
- Support secure remote access and virtual private network connections
- Track and manage IT assets assigned to executive staff
- Escalate complex infrastructure issues to appropriate teams
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and communications
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of executive accounts and access
