Responsibilities
- Lead store operations when management is unavailable by managing opening and closing procedures and coordinating team tasks to ensure smooth daily function.
- Engage customers with authenticity and expertise to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
- Share detailed knowledge about products, support sales goals, and manage transactions such as purchases, returns, and exchanges with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation by organizing merchandise, restocking inventory, and ensuring both sales floor and storage areas are orderly.
- Support onboarding and development of new staff to ensure adherence to service, appearance, and operational expectations.
- Promote current offers, product releases, and special events to attract customers and boost sales performance.
- Ensure in-store events are conducted according to brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement.
- Take responsibility for store maintenance, including cleaning, restocking supplies, and keeping fitting rooms and displays clean and functional.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance, safety, and operational integrity.
- Grow customer relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and consistent follow-up efforts.
