Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations when management is not present, including opening and closing procedures and task delegation to staff.
- Engage customers with sincerity and expertise to create a welcoming and effective shopping environment.
- Share detailed knowledge of products to support sales goals and manage all transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are consistently organized, restocked, and presented according to brand standards.
- Support onboarding and development of new team members to maintain high standards in service, appearance, and procedures.
- Promote current store events, new product releases, and special offers to attract customers and boost revenue.
- Oversee the execution of in-store events to meet brand expectations and enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain store cleanliness and functionality, including restocking supplies and managing fitting rooms and displays.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols to ensure compliance and a secure environment.
- Grow the customer base through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up with clients.
