Dexcom Corporation is hiring a Key Accounts Executive to build and manage strategic relationships with our most important partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring customer success, and expanding the reach of our continuous glucose monitoring systems and related healthcare solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize growth and partnership value
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Analyze account performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Negotiate contracts and manage the renewal process for assigned accounts
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in key account management, sales, or a strategic partnership role
- Strong ability to develop and execute complex account strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations
- Ability to travel as needed to support accounts
