Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts, driving revenue growth, new product adoption, retention, and overall account health.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers within strategic accounts and conduct regular business reviews.
- Manage relationships across multiple branch locations to generate demand and support growth.
- Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual account plans outlining growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Conduct in-services and training, identify evolving customer needs, and recommend aligned solutions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
- Forecast account performance and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
- Increase customer adoption through education, insights, and strategic guidance.
- Travel up to 75% as required.
