Epiroc is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage the commercial relationship for specific products and services, delivering technical advice to existing and potential clients. You will drive sustainable relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure the achievement of the organization's commercial objectives within a culture of innovation, safety, sustainability, and customer focus.
What You'll Do
- Promote and manage sales for the products and services of your assigned divisions.
- Provide technical advice through presentations, demonstrations, and talks to clients.
- Conduct visits to existing and potential clients to identify needs and strengthen relationships.
- Gather information on potential business and present it to the Product Manager.
- Create visit schedules, management reports, and follow up on commitments.
- Document and track clients and potential clients through CMR Salesforce.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and support internal areas like collections, inventory, and technical service.
- Quote equipment and consumables following management guidelines and validate timely deliveries.
- Promote post-sale activities and keep the customer database updated.
- Comply with internal policies and Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Technical and/or university studies in Engineering, Electricity, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within industrial or international companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, or similar CRM.
- Skills in effective communication, customer orientation, planning, commercial follow-up, and teamwork.
- Availability for office work and frequent client visits within the assigned area (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
- Availability to travel within and outside Argentina.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling mining and construction equipment.
- Spoken and written English is desirable.
