What You'll Do
Lead promotional initiatives that support the strategic goals of GSK Turkey, with a focus on advancing the adoption of biological therapies in targeted medical centers. Design and implement programs that align with patient-centered care principles, ensuring all activities follow established ethical guidelines and internal policies.
Engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, using insights to shape actionable business plans. Conduct professional, compliant promotional meetings and manage resources efficiently across your assigned region. Maintain up-to-date stakeholder mapping and contribute to cross-functional efforts that enhance product visibility and medical understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university
- At least five years of direct field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven ability to analyze market dynamics and execute strategic plans
- Strong commitment to compliance with global standards, local regulations, and ethical promotion practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in respiratory or ear, nose, and throat (ENT) therapeutic areas
