About the Role

V-SELECT is hiring a Key Account Manager / Sales Manager for cleanroom textiles to manage and expand our business in the Bavaria region. You will be the primary contact for key accounts and drive new customer acquisition in the specialized cleanroom industry.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for managing renowned key accounts in all sales-related matters.
  • Acquire potential new customers from the cleanroom industry.
  • Conduct general sales and consulting to ensure long-term customer satisfaction based on individual needs.
  • Present our services, including cleanroom clothing, cleaning, on-site service, training, and consumables.
  • Manage long-term relationships for A/B customers as the single point of contact, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Handle customer inquiries and projects from initial contact through to contract conclusion.
  • Work closely with experts from laundry and cleaning, as well as customer and sales support teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales of services requiring explanation in cleanroom, hygiene, cleaning, workwear, or a comparable field.
  • Residence in the Bavaria region.
  • Strong sales affinity, empathy, and the ability to negotiate on an equal level.
  • High motivation, perseverance, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week and a valid class B driver's license.
