About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Key Account Manager for a remote position based in Michigan. This strategic role focuses on managing key client relationships and driving sales growth across an assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across your assigned territory
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing contracts
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes including proposal development, negotiation, and post-sale support
  • Ensure seamless delivery and implementation of products or services
  • Maintain effective distribution agreements and partnerships to maximize market coverage
  • Train and support less experienced team members on account management best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client services
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving growth targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored product/service solutions
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a high volume of client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
