Cytiva, a Danaher company, is hiring a Key Account Manager – Proteomics & Antibody Solutions. This high-profile sales role acts as a senior representative driving our most complex accounts. You will build strategic relationships, develop globally aligned account plans, and coordinate internal resources to deliver sales growth and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with key buyers, understanding their goals and identifying opportunities.
- Develop and execute globally aligned account strategies to meet financial and strategic goals.
- Establish peer-to-peer relationships with key influencers and decision makers to maximize revenue growth.
- Create and execute strategic multi-year account plans that maximize share of wallet across the portfolio.
- Coordinate internal resources to provide comprehensive solutions that meet internal value drivers and delight customers.
- Drive customer-centric solutions that position Cytiva as a critical partner.
- Maintain market and competitor awareness, be the voice of the customer, and communicate insights internally.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or a similar discipline.
- Five or more years of current field sales or Sr. account management experience, ideally in the region.
- Extensive sales/business experience with a proven track record of achieving above-market growth in key accounts.
- Demonstrable ability to speak to proteomics and/or antibody-based applications and products at a peer-to-peer level.
- Solid understanding of the biopharma and academia life science business and market.
- Must be located within the region and within a commutable distance to customers.
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice to Have
- Additional experience from other commercial, technical, or customer-facing roles.
- Life Sciences or related PhD, MS, or MBA.
- Experience and knowledge of Miller Heiman blue sheet or equivalent methodology.
Team & Environment
Work in a collaborative environment, interacting with associates from product, regional marketing, and service & sales enablement. You will matrix manage a regional cross-functional support team and report to a Sales Director.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $130,000-$160,000.
- Comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k).
Work Mode
This is a remote position. The role is listed as Remote NC - RTP, and candidates must be located in the region.
