Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Technician for a role based onsite in Bangkok. You will be responsible for the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. What You'll Do
- Regularly inspect all equipment, rooms, and other facilities using predefined checklists and note any problems.
- Walk duty technicians through weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations as needed.
- Carry out equipment repairs and be ready to contact vendors for maintenance work promptly.
- Speed up the implementation of required equipment moves, adds, and changes.
- Ensure all decisions and actions follow local governmental rules and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Certification to perform electrical or mechanical repair.
- Previous experience in a facilities and maintenance role.
Work Mode
This role is onsite in Bangkok, Thailand.
